Vanessa is AMAZING! From the moment we interviewed her, something just clicked! She's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, positive, and responsive (not to mention hilarious). We always felt like she listened to our needs and wants and was always has great insight about every situation. She's a great communicator and is always prepared. When the big day came and we had to be transferred to a hospital, which was outside of our birth plan, she helped to advocate for us to the hospital staff to keep as much of our birth plan in place as possible. She was our rock when we needed her throughout pregnancy and in the final hours of labor and we know the birthing experience would not have been the same without her. She has been, and continues to be, invaluable to us and we now consider her to be a personal friend. HIGHLY recommend.
