This was my first birth, and it gave me such peace of mind to know that they had my back. Doula Austin supported me during labor and delivery, and she was absolutely amazing. I'm 100% positive there is NO WAY I would have achieved my goal of an unmedicated birth without her help. Her tips for pain management and her encouragement along the way were so so helpful.
