Let me start off by saying that Melanie is THE BEST. We first met her at a birthing class we attended a month before giving birth. We were both initially very impressed by her and discussed hiring her to be our doula because we didn't have one at the time. Fast forward to July and we are in active labor and hired Melanie to come help us out literally a day or 2 before giving birth - best decision we could have ever made. As soon as she walked in she got behind me, massaged me, and begin speaking positive affirmations to me. I felt immediately relaxed and even more safer than before. Melanie is a LIGHT and we could've have been more blessed to have her in our home helping bring baby EJ to the earth side. She is our doula FOREVER lol. On top of her phenomenal birthing assistance she made the most tasteful placenta smoothie!! She even made us some placenta oil and pill capsules. She gave us alot honestly and I am very happy and appreciative of her service.
