I'm so grateful to have Noliko as a doula. She is experienced and warm person.
During my pregnancy she offered prenatal massage which was so relaxing. She also teached me some exercises to help my breech baby turn.(they worked!!)
After delivery she supported me for 6 weeks. She made delicious meals, washed dishes and bottles, cleaned the house, fed and rocked my baby. I could even take a nap while she took care of my baby. When my breasts became red and hurt like mustitis I asked her to do a massage, it helped me a lot. I had also breastfeeding problem and she helped my baby to latch properly.
Noliko is amazing and I highly recommend her for a postpartum doula.
