During her visits, she was actively engaged both with me, providing hands-on, informed breastfeeding support, and with my daughter, changing diapers and pitching in to help when I needed a break. What stands out to me about Simone is that she brings a wealth of knowledge and guidance, but was also a calming, reassuring presence; my husband and I felt like we could ask her any question, and she would have a perspective but also tailor it to our specific situation.
