This was my second time working with Krishyon and I’m so glad I had her support.
All of my meetings with her were virtual. She was very willing to accommodate the time difference and helped us find resources online that we could utilize (zoom meetings, videos of exercises, ebooks, etc.). She helped me navigate the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum remotely. I was always able to text/call with questions, including when leave for the hospital for the birth (which she timed perfectly!).
I became pregnant before the pandemic and gave birth in the middle of it. Right at the beginning, no one knew how it would affect pregnant women so there was a lot of anxiety. One of the things I appreciated the most was how Krishyon stayed informed on the pandemic and the latest research/advice for pregnant women. She’d email me articles regularly so I could stay informed too and make decisions based on the facts. Krishyon even mailed me a few items I wasn’t able to get while my country was in an extremely tight lockdown. Having that kind of support made all the difference.
