We had a wonderful experience with Kelly as our duola. I went into labor in the evening, and she was available by phone throughout the night to help me get through early labor at home and decide when to go to the hospital. Kelly met up with us in the triage room, comforted me during my strongest contractions, and kept me calm while I got an epidural. She took photos of the birth, and she helped my baby get a good latch for his first time nursing. Kelly had a great rapport with the nurses at the hospital. And best of all, she kept the atmosphere calm in the delivery room--exactly what I needed.
