For my 3rd birth I decided to hire a doula. I knew Hilary had extensive knowledge in prenatal and postnatal fitness. She has supported moms in all stages of motherhood through the FIT4MOM programs. I knew she was a perfect match for what I was looking for in a doula. I’m so thankful she was there during my labor. She provided me with all the support I needed to get me through a difficult labor, that didn’t go as planned. She provided me the strength I needed with her words of encouragement and didn’t leave my side the whole time. Her 3 day follow up, when she came to my house to check on me and baby was so helpful. It allowed me the opportunity to talk about my birth experience and how I perceived it. She was able to tell me about her point of view and helped me change my mindset to make me feel powerful and strong. Thank you so much for all your support through my pregnancy, labor and beyond!
