Having a doula was not something that even crossed our minds when we had our first child but when we found ourselves having our second baby during a pandemic we knew we needed the extra support and we definitely found the perfect person - Bethany.
Bethany was absolutely incredible from day one and was so supportive throughout the pregnancy. As my husband had to stay at home with our toddler during the birth of our son, Bethany was my only support person with me in the hospital and her calm and caring personality made the experience so amazing even though my husband couldn't be there. Bethany kept me calm, had so many great suggestions on how to make things easier and kept my husband updated on what was happening the entire time.
I could not have done it without Bethany by my side and if I have another child she is definitely going to be my doula again. I feel so so lucky to have found such a wonderful person to be there when my son was born and I will forever be grateful for everything that Bethany has done for our family ??
