Leslie is an amazing sibling doula! We were not able to have family travel to be with us for the birth or my second daughter. Leslie was attentive to my daughters needs (she has social anxiety) and concerns. Leslie went out of her way to meet with my family and ahead of the birth so my daughter was comfortable with her. After the initial meeting my daughter was as excited to spend time with Leslie as she was to get a new baby sister.
The peace of mind my husband and I had while at the hospital knowing that Leslie was with our daughter was incredibly valuable to us. We received frequent updates on what activities they were doing and how things were going. My daughter made a sign for her new baby sister, crafts, baked, worked on homework, and overall had a great time.
