With no other support, especially due to the pandemic, and having to take care of our toddler aside from our newborn, Jamie was our savior our first night back from the hospital. She made our 3 year old comfortable and feel at ease, and our baby, who had to be monitored closely due to low birth weight was well taken care of with her immediately springing to action whenever the baby stirred, and making sure that she was fed and changed on time. With mom still in pain and weak from her c-section, she made sure that we were able to get some much needed rest. She understood our concerns, even without us having to tell her, and assured us constantly that she has got it and we should rest.
