My husband and I attended Stephanie's hypnobirth classes during our first pregnancy. After the first class we knew we would like to have her as a part of our support team during labour. We are so happy we had Steph's support, not only during labour, but the weeks prior to. We knew my labour would likely not go according to my intended birth plan, due to baby being breech and having to follow strict guidelines for a trial of vaginal labour. Having Steph to support and advocate for my decision to trial the labour vaginally gave me the confidence to pursue the trial, which ended in a successful vaginal delivery! My intended birth plan had many changes during labour, however, having Stephanie by my side lessened the stress of the uncontrollable circumstances. Both my husband and I highly recommend Stephanie's classes and her support as a doula. We will be forever grateful!
