Jackie personifies everything I hoped for when choosing to hire a doula. She attended the birth of my first child and was an immeasurable help to myself and my husband during a whirlwind labor - she was excellent at modeling behaviors he could follow and didn't require him to do anything but set the tone and showed him what would be useful for coping with an unmedicated birth. She is always willing to chat and share her experiences and ideas but also doesn't push you to accept them as the only way.
