We had Sarah as our doula! She is SO GREAT! I honestly can't speak highly enough of her, she was exactly what I needed getting through the final stages of labor. She would give me breathing cues and helped with counter pressure and it was so helpful. She also helped my husband feel more confident in there. Being our first time, we had no idea what to expect but having her with us was so incredibly helpful. We only gave her about 12 minutes notice to get to the hospital (haha sorry Sarah) and she showed up with a big smile on her face and all the positive energy we needed. Thank you so much Sarah!
