Telia is an amazing doula and an amazing person. She was there for us at the right moment. She was a doula for the birth of my third child, my youngest son. With my two other children I didn't have a doula and I didn't even really know what a doula was.
When my son was born it was all happening extremely fast and I felt very stressed out! When we got to the hospital I was already very dilated at 8 cm. Telia got there not too long after we did. And this may sound strange, but I felt like she was an angel....when she walked in the room she was so calm. It felt like she was the most calm person in the room.... I feel like she's the one person who really helped me give birth the most. I remember her just being extremely calm in the chaos and she was the main person I really focused on. I will always remember the calmness and love she brought. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is pregnant.
