after deciding to go with a natural birth with my third child I decided to take the Calm birth class with Jenn and I don't regret it. I learned a lot about how my body knows what to do when having a baby and it made me feel prepared. I used several techniques that she taught during class and it really made a difference. I did most of the laboring at home, contraction began to increase at 12:00 and I had my baby at 3:45 (shortest labor I've had) I was able to deal with everything that was going on thanks to what I learned. The class was fun and she made us feel welcomed.
