Diane is truly worth her weight in gold as a doula. She went above and beyond our expectations and stuck with us in the hospital for 36+ hours through a very long and difficult labor. She cheered us on, gave amazing suggestions on positions and comfort techniques, and worked alongside my husband, the doctors and nursing staff with ease. She helped us navigate a lot of hard decisions in the midst of a birth that did not go as we hoped it would, and thanks to her counsel and support, we can still feel confident about our birth story. Diane stayed with us well past the birth of our daughter to make sure we were comfortable, and has made herself available as an ongoing resource for questions -- which we have a lot of as new parents!
