I could not imagine going through my very long labor without Nastasha. Don’t let her size foil you, her strength and stamina are amazing. Natasha applied hard counter pressure on my lower back for hours on end and was always right there when the contractions started. She was so easy to talk to and to give guidance on what I needed.
The main reason we wanted a doula was to help my husband be the best possible labor support person. Natasha was an amazing teacher and showed Chris how to apply pressure and where.
When our home birth changed to a hospital birth, Natasha sprang into action helping us pack and gave my husband amazing pointers and tips. When we were at the hospital, we were so grateful for her continued support via text message.
