So many unknowns for a new mom-to-be and navigating the waters during the pandemic make many new mons feel very isolated. Eleanor came to us, meeting us first at the hospital while my daughter was in labour as we had made a last minute request when things got too overwhelming. The moment she got there her calmness and focus were comforting, and my daughter immediately felt supported. Her gentle nature and authenticity were immediately felt and my daughter was able to tackle the task at hand knowing she wasn’t alone. Her presence was like a hug when it was needed. Her support continues after the baby was born helping my daughter navigate being a single mom. Eleanor is wise beyond her years and is passionate and dedicated about her work. She goes above and beyond in so many ways and was our Angel when we had prayed for one. Thanks Eleanor for not just being a dedicated Doula, but for being an amazing human being.
