For our first baby, my husband and I decided to hire a Doula at the recommendation of my best friend, who is a nurse in a labor and delivery ward. This decision quickly proved to be priceless. The support that each doula uniquely provided was tremendous. They decreased my anxiety and allowed me to focus on the exciting parts of the pregnancy and prepare for the birth of our baby. The childbirth education we separately purchased was also worthwhile, taught by Rachelle. Our doula photo package was STUNNING.
