She did not give advice but presented all our options and gave us time to think about what would be best for us and baby. At the hospital, she was great at directing us to change positions, try different comfort measures, and was very encouraging throughout the whole process. As a first time parent, I'm so grateful that she was at the hospital throughout labor and delivery to help my husband and I figure out what we were doing. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.
