That level of easy familiarity allowed us to work very smoothly through the pre-labor and birth process. Jill is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and able to adapt to any situation. She can quickly assess any birthing scenario as it happens and provide guidance based on her many years as a doula. She was also able to provide a level of service and comfort to my wife that I wasn't able to provide and we had a successful birth as a result.
Her follow-up communication post birth was also fantastic, and she even brought us an amazing meal during that 1-2 weeks where we were still getting our feet under us as new parents.
