Rachel helped me relax through my contractions and I dilated to 7cm at home in less than 5 hours. I had a long pushing phase and Rachel was there to support me and my husband throughout my delivery at the hospital. She was in constant touch via texts and calls prior to labor to make sure how are we feeling. She was in touch with us after the baby was born too making sure my baby and I are doing well.
