Jessica was so lovely to work with and will always be a special part of our son's birth story! One of my favorite things about her was how available she was to us. She always made time to text or chat when we needed her. She is incredibly responsive and also provides extensive availability in her calendar so we could always schedule appointments when it was convenient for us. She brings a calm, supportive demeanor to the room and helped both my husband and me feel more at ease as we navigated multiple high risk factors. She was great at reminding us of our birth preferences and finding ways to work some of them in even though our birth did not go as we had hoped. She is full of helpful suggestions and ideas. When everything feels very out of your control, Jessica is great at finding little ways to help you regain some control, whether it is birth prep exercises or suggestions on ways to connect as a couple.
