We had an amazing experience with Lizzy as our doula. During our prenatal visit she provided us with comfort measures my husband could do during early labor and was very knowledgeable when it came to answering all of our questions. At my second prenatal visit we knew I had a posterior baby and lizzy helped me get into positions that could get him to flip around.
During labor Lizzy was very attentive and did a great job making sure I was comfortable by applying the counter pressure I needed/helping me change positions. She even reminded me to eat and stay hydrated, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Lizzy to anyone that is searching for a doula. She has a great personality and is very easy to get along with. You can tell being a doula is a passion of hers.
