Ellie was an absolute God-send. She was so helpful during the prenatal and postpartum periods- so responsive, full of resources and very reassuring. Ellie was so invaluable during the labor and delivery. She was in touch throughout early labor at home and was so alert and present throughout my very long, overnight labor and delivery. She helped us work through difficult decisions. She helped me advocate for myself with the medical team. She was extremely encouraging and compassionate during the painful labor process. She used hot stones and counter pressure to help me through contractions, she suggested new positions, she was constantly putting cold cloths in my forehead and making sure I stayed hydrated. She also was a huge support for my husband too who was not comfortable in the hospital setting. She gave us both confidence and reassurance during the labor experience which is filled with uncertainty and doubt. Ellie was worth every penny and more. We nwill definitely hire her for our next child.
