I don’t have the words to appropriately explain how deeply Midwest Doulas impacted our birth in the most positive way possible. When we first met with Justine, she listened to the type of birth I wanted a recommended a new provider if we were interested. I’m beyond grateful she did that! Her recommended provider was the absolute best provider for us, especially with navigating COVID, and his care and attention put my FTM brain at ease. Justine also recommended the two birth classes we took, again these classes shaped the positive birth experience we were able to have! Both my husband and I felt so supported during our pregnancy; but the real treat was during birth. My birth did not get to go as planned, however, having Justine at our birth made it so we were still able to have a positive and empowered birth experience. At one point, Justine looked at my husband and told him to go outside and grab a breath of fresh air, she was there for anything I needed. He swears up and down that moment alone was worth the cost of a doula. She not only supported me during birth but she also supported my husband throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend the Midwest Doula team enough!
