After having our first baby, I left the hospital with lot of anxiety surrounding my birth and I knew that I wanted to hire a doula for our second. I am so glad we were able to find Cindi as she was a perfect fit for our family! She was able to help me to feel completely capable in my own abilities. We were educated, encouraged and uplifted as we waited for baby to decide when he would like to enter the world. And once in labor, I felt so supported the entire time. A moment that stands out so much to me was when I was nearing the end of my labor, I began to shake my head no when a contraction would come and Cindi would tell me "shake your head yes!". It was just enough to get me out of my head and back in focus! She had the confidence and softness that my husband and I needed and I love how they were able to work together so beautifully to ensure that I was comfortable both mentally and physically the entire time. I can honestly say that I was able to leave the hospital this time feeling totally empowered thanks to Cindi! I would one hundred percent recommend Cindi to anybody in search of a doula!
