When I first decided to get a doula, Sanyika was the first one I met with. Upon meeting, I knew she was going to be the best part of my birth story, and she was! My mother passed away unexpectedly and COVID-19 came around, making my pregnancy way more difficult emotionally than expected. Sanyika was always there cheering for me alongside my husband, and was such a great support during my birth.
