She helped me and my husband prenatally understand how to prepare my body, our minds, and our nerves for the big event. Going into it, I felt totally supported and empowered. I ended up needing a last-minute C-section, but Stacy was still by our side every step of the way. She helped us process and come to peace with a complete change in our birth plan at a moment's notice. And after our daughter arrived, she has been so wonderfully checking in on our overall health - physically and mentally :)
