My husband and I are first time parents , being a first time mom I had so many fears and what if questions about birth and pregnancy. Now I love my husband and he’s amazing but not the best at physical support and that’s what I thought I would want/need during labor. So we began our search for a doula that a friend had recommended to us.We met with Natasha at a cute coffee shop in Worcester And I unloaded my 9000 questions on her. She was so patient and informative about everything pregnancy and baby related gave us a bunch of info and links to find even more information on question/concerns We had.As soon as we got in the car I was like patrick we got to hire her. I don’t care how we get the money I need her at the birth. She was such an amazing support during my pregnancy recommending classes and chiropractors for all my aching body changes. If you’re hesitant on hiring a doula for whatever reason. money, not sure if it will be worth it, feeling weird having a stranger in the room during such an intimate time.I had all those feelings and I’m so grateful we had Natasha, she was amazing during pregnancy, a godsend for labor she knew exactly how to help me cope through intense back labor with counter pressure! And was amazing at couching patrick on helping me through every surge. The post care I’ll forever be grateful for I really struggled with breastfeeding and the baby blues those first few weeks. She recommended an amazing lactation consultant that totally saved my breastfeeding journey! And the way she handled me during my baby blues I will never take for granted. I never once felt judge for the thoughts I was having and the feelings I was feeling. She let me just cry on the phone with her and was such an encouragement through it all. I will 100% be having Natasha at any and all my future pregnancy’s and births her sweet energy and wisdom is irreplaceable.
