Since I was not able to breastfeed my first son, I was eager but also a little nervous to try breastfeeding my second one. In addition to my history, delivering a baby during a pandemic was nerve-wracking and it didn’t help my anxiety. However, I had a successful and beautiful experience exclusively breastfeeding him with tremendous support from Danielle. She responded patiently to multiple anxious questions and gave me precise advice. Not only is she knowledgeable and articulate, but she also is a huge advocate for us, breastfeeding mothers and babies. She understands the challenges of breastfeeding and respects our individual needs. I truly appreciated her encouragement and how she helped me figure out a way that worked for us.
