Ashli is truly an amazing doula and person! I originally contacted her in spring 2019 to be my doula when I became pregnant for the first time. Unfortunately, I ended up losing the pregnancy before we could begin working together in a foul client relationship.
Fast forward to fall 2019 Ashli reaches out to me to check on me, encourage me and let me know I was in her thoughts and prayers. This was really special and meant A LOT to me since we had only spoken a few times prior to, and several months had past. This really set Ashli a part in my eyes from other doulas because even though we had not worked together she still cared for me as a person.
So, when I became pregnant in winter of 2019 I knew exactly who I wanted as my doula! I reached out and she was excited to have the opportunity to work with me again. She was amazing throughout the journey. Ashli was very genuine, careful and considerate of safety for my family and hers as well with the new concerns with covid. She was personable and easy to talk to! She checked in with me frequently and was always readily available if I need to talk or had any questions or concerns. She continual provided me with resources through each trimester that proved to be very helpful.
She was unable to be present for my birth due to being out of town for a family matter. However, her coordination with the back-up doula was impeccable and provided a very smooth transition for my birthing experience and doula care. Ashli continually checked in with the back-up doula via text and FaceTime while I was in labor. She also followed up with me postpartum to make sure myself, husband and our new addition were doing well and if we needed anything from her further. I cannot speak more highly of Ashli, her doula services and just as an individual as well! If you want a knowledgeable doula, who truly cares for the birthing person and spouse/family unit look no further than Ashli!
