Having Tamra with us for our first 2 months as parents was so helpful and calming for me. With the pandemic, we weren't able to take any classes and I felt very unprepared as a first time parent. Tamra swooped in and provided guidance and assurance every step of the way as we navigated through breastfeeding, pumping, engorgement, baby acne, cradle cap, nursery set up, etc. A lot of her guidance and tips were exactly what the lactation consultants and pediatrician recommended as well so I felt very reassured that she had the knowledge to help us be successful! On top of all that, she was a wonderful cook - always making sure we were fed with breakfast and lunch (with leftovers). During a time where I was unable to have family fly in to help and unable to hang out with others really, Tamra felt like a friend who I could trust and talk to during our times together to stay sane and to still feel human amidst the chaos of early parenthood. Finally, she also took the time to play with our dog who was also having to adjust to this new life and a new addition to the family. LOVE THAT!
