We used Vonda for our last two births. She is the ultimate doula and epitome of calm. This last pregnancy we took her Hypnobirthing class from the comfort of our home. Vonda’s class goes through every aspect of pregnancy and birth including: nutrition, baby positioning, exercise, breathing, stages of labor, etc etc. With Vonda and her class I was able to relax and reset my focus during each contraction. I was able to really connect to my baby, get over fears, and enjoy my pregnancy because of her class. Vonda is so knowledgeable about everything birth. She prepared me for different tests run during pregnancy and was always there to answer my questions. During my early labor time she came over and used every trick in the book to help baby be in the best position for birth. She helped me navigate birth during COVID and when to go to the hospital.
