Lizzy was my Doula for my second birth, which I was trying for a VBAC! I was in my third trimester when I decided that i really needed extra support due to my first hospital experience with my first and my anxiety build up due to Covid. Lizzy came to my rescue and supported me along the way. She helped me feel more confident in preparing for pre-labor and how to get labor started! She met my needs and was open minded and relatable to my past c-section experience. She is very knowledgable in natural remedies that are awesome and all helped so much! Lizzy was very responsive and a great communicator during my entire at home process and she was there for me right when I needed her during labor and birth. I had a successful VBAC at the hospital and gave birth to a healthy 9 lb baby! It was a amazing experience, and I truly would not have been able to do it without Lizzy my Doula by my side.
