She is very knowledgeable about a plethora of coping techniques for labor and the long days leading up to labor.She seemed to be almost a mind reader during labor of what was helpful and what was not . Perhaps most importantly her calm presence throughout the birth helped my partner remain centered and focused. I was lucky enough to have the birth experience always dreamed about, and Whitney played a major role in that. She is very responsive with communication and will find evidence based answers to any questions she may not already know the answers to. I would recommend her to any friend seeking a doula.
