Afshan was wonderful from Pre-birth , birth to post-birth. She helped me prepare for what was ahead of us... and once we got to the time for birth she was there for us and helped make the experience so much better. I needed to be induced for post dates- and then the induction did not go well and we needed to go to csection. Although I didn't have a vaginal delivery - having Afshan there was so helpful- she helped us as we made tough decisions and I felt very supported. I know for my husband it was also nice to have someone to have by his side. Since family wasn't allowed because of Covid .
After delivery she helped me navigate breast feeding.
The whole experience was wonderful.
