Lindsay worked with my family while I was pregnant with my 4th baby. I was working from home and had to get my other children to and from pre-school, kindergarden and 1st grade. She was always so helpful, cheerful, and patient with each situation and responsibility that was given to her. My children were always excited to see her as she always has something fun to do and/learn. After my baby was born, her responsibilites changed a bit as she was starting to help me with the baby, so I was able to enjoy the older kids.
