Justine was an incredible source of support for me and my husband throughout my pregnancy. She helped me find a great doctor, and would answer my questions anytime I had them. I was also connected with Ale, another one of their great doulas who offered a couple of sessions and talked through techniques that we could practice leading up to delivery and during labor. I had an issue with the baby not turning head down and they taught me the spinning babies techniques to help ensure that the baby would move head down. Given covid-19 unfortunately I was not able to meet in person after the first meeting. But I was offered a breastfeeding class instead which was incredibly helpful as a first-time mom. And finally during the labor and delivery, Justine coached my husband via text messages and phone calls to help ease my back labor and help me get through labor without an epidural. Justine also helped me postpartum with my breastfeeding issues during the first couple of weeks when I had a lot of trouble. She even offered a video session to watch my baby latch and ensure everything was going well. The only thing I wish I had was in-person doula service but given that was not possible in the current situation, I received all the help that they could possibly give me remotely. I highly recommend Justine to anyone going through labor. Especially if one would want to go through a natural delivery without any medication or pain relief, I feel certain that I would not have been able to do it without her help.
