If you are thinking about hiring Elizabeth as your doula, stop thinking. DO IT! This was one of the best decisions I made in planning for pregnancy and birth. Elizabeth does this work because she truly believes in it and I believe she is truly meant to do it. She helped me find my confidence as a new mama before, during, and after birth. The experience was so much more than just having good labor support (though that was fantastic).
