Hiring Kelly Sunshine as our doula was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our birth. She gently guided us through not just our pregnancy but also through the crazyness of the caronavirus and all of the complications that brought for our birth. We ended up choosing a homebirth because of hospital restrictions and she lead us to the most amazing midwife team! She supported me throughout the labor and gave me the strength and encouragement I needed to have a natural birth of a my 9.4lb son. Our labor plans changed from a hospital birth, to a homebirth with Kelly and our midwives and we wouldn't change that for anything!
