As our postpartum doula, Erin went the extra mile to check in leading up to labour and delivery by visiting in person and keeping in touch over the phone. Once our son was born, she worked with us to schedule visits when it would be most helpful around the holidays. Her genuine care in those early days brought me tremendous encouragement as a new mama. She listened carefully, responded thoughtfully, and supported us as a family wholeheartedly.
