Best baby investment we made. Jessica is absolutely incredible: at first we weren't sure whether we would need the help - how hard could it be? Thank goodness for Jessica! She helped me breast feed from day 1 - something I was really worried I wouldn't be able to do. She is a treasure chest of knowledge and always available, which we deeply appreciated when things would come up. She is extremely knowledgeable and has answers to most of our questions and takes the time to answer us thoughtfully and with care, sending us articles too. She helped us with overnight care as well, and it was so comforting to know that our baby was in trusted and experienced hands. She is also a lovely person and a joy to have in our home. Four months out and we still keep in touch with her regularly and she is our go to for any baby related questions. Couldn't recommend her highly enough.
