My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed having Cathleen as our Bradley Method instructor. She was professional as well as flexible, going above and beyond to bring the class we so desperately wanted to our area (we don't have any instructors in our immediate area). Her instruction was thorough, allowing for any and every question we might have as new parents. We were able to practice relaxation, various laboring positions, and my husband received the instruction he needed to support me during the hardest experience of my life. No matter what your ideal labor and delivery might be, the principles Cathleen taught us are applicable and beneficial for every mom to be.
