My mom told me that a Doula was unnecessary -- after all with a both a doctor or midwife and my husband present why would we need one? But having Gina's support during labor turned out to be crucial! In fact it worries me think about what our birth could have been like without her there! With Gina's asisstance we were able to handle a fast labor that was 5 weeks early as well as progress smoothly past the unpredictable hurdles during the birthing process. This greatly lowered my anxiety and pain and enabled us to meet our baby in a much more positive and happy place. Thank you so much for everything! Also as a side note, Gina gives the most amazing prenatal massage :)
