We took her hypnobirthing class which we found to be extremely beneficial. I had such a calm and wonderful pregnancy, which I believe had a lot to do with all the hypnobirthing I did. My son is also a very happy and calm baby, which I attribute to hypnobirthing. It was also very useful during my labor.
