I had the most amazing VBAC experience with Kindle! My first labor and delivery (without a doula) was traumatic and resulted in a csection. This second time around was the complete opposite. Kindle educated me prior to and was there every step of the way. My goal was a natural, unmedicated birth and she helped me achieve just that. From the moment I arrived at the hospital 5cm dilated we kept moving which really helped. So many beneficial techniques helped with pain management in addition to moving things along. Even techniques to curb the nausea I felt during labor. Kindle kept me informed and really helped me focus on breathing whenever I would lose focus. From education leading up to labor down to educating me on how to push to reduce pushing time--she was phenomenal (pushed for less then 10 minutes by the way)! I was in labor for a total of 19 hours; 11 of which I labored in the hospital, and Kindle only left my side once briefly for a quick break (assuming restroom, and during the earlier stages of labor). She was so attentive to me and what methods worked best for my needs. I would recommend Kindle's services to every expecting mother for sure. I cannot thank her enough for playing a large role in this empowering experience!
