Having Nathalie as a birth doula was the best decision I ever made! When she arrived, she turned the room into a little sanctuary by using a diffuser and setting up mood lighting. I was able to labor mostly in dim lighting, which is what I wanted. I also wanted an unmedicated birth, and Nathalie definitely helped me achieve that goal. She was by my side the entire time, constantly offering different pain relieving techniques and interfacing with the nurses and other staff members on my behalf. After my son was delivered, she helped him latch for breastfeeding. Nathalie brings a warm, maternal presence and her knowledge about labor/birth, breastfeeding and infant care is unmatched! I highly recommend hiring her for your birth!
