Her sessions with us before birth were helpful for us creating a flexible plan. During the birth, she guided me through several coping techniques that were truly helpful. I ended up needing a c-section and Jess was in the OR with us and held my hand when my husband went to meet our son! Jess is an LMP and her prenatal massage was amazing, my water broke the next night! Also, she offers post-partum doula services which we have used. Lastly, she helped us find an overnight doula.
